Originally from New Orleans, Holly has called Hancock County home for most of her life. With more than 25 years of professional experience including a successful career in marketing, public relations, and VIP services in the gaming industry Holly brings both sharp business acumen and a warm, personal approach to her work.

Her journey as an entrepreneur began with revitalizing the Historic City Hall in Old Town Bay St. Louis into the beloved Cypress Café, a community gathering place that reflected her eye for design and her dedication to people. That same passion guided her transition into real estate, where she quickly became a top-producing broker, earning her license and launching HL Raymond Properties within just two years of entering the industry.

Holly is known for her innovative marketing, high ethical standards, and commitment to her clients’ best interests. Her boutique firm has grown into a powerhouse team of agents, associate brokers, and marketing professionals, all guided by her vision of exceptional service and attention to detail.

Beyond real estate, Holly is also an established media presence. In 2019, she founded HL Raymond Productions and created the television series Inside Out with HL Raymond Properties, which aired on ABC, CBS, and FOX affiliates, showcasing the beauty and lifestyle of the Gulf Coast. Holly is currently developing several new projects, including Women in Power: Legacy Makers, a series dedicated to inspiring stories of resilience, leadership, and success.
