Vicki Reid Estapa is a true Gulf Coast local, born and raised in Bay St. Louis, Mississippi. She takes immense pride in her community and actively works to make it a better place to live. A devoted mother to two incredible sons—Dillan Ladner, a resident artist in Georgia, and Austin Ladner, a professional in IT Network and currently studying to earn his IT Security degree—Vicki is also happily married to her husband, Todd Estapa, and shares her home with their beloved rescued German Shepherd, Raina.

Her passion for the community shines through her involvement in the Hancock County Leadership Program, where she has served on the Steering Committee since 2018. She also proudly serves on the board of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Vicki loves sharing her knowledge and appreciation for all the Mississippi Gulf Coast has to offer. Her dedication extends to coaching competitive youth soccer, photography, and personal wellness as a certified fitness trainer.

Vicki’s real estate journey began in 2002 after earning her degree in paralegal studies with a focus on Real Estate. Since then, she has gained extensive experience, including working as a top closer with a leading title company along the Gulf Coast. Now a valued member of the HL Raymond Properties team, Vicki brings her expertise and passion to help clients navigate every step of their real estate transactions.
