Nicki Laney is a driven, service-focused professional with over a decade of experience leading  teams, managing operations, and building trusted client relationships across multiple industries. With a strong background in property management, she has successfully overseen more than 200 rental properties along the Gulf Coast, streamlining processes, coordinating vendors, and delivering exceptional service with integrity and care.

Nicki is also an accomplished entrepreneur. She founded Maid Southern LLC and Northmark Lane & Co., LLC, demonstrating her ability to grow businesses, lead teams, and support property owners with reliability, organization, and operational excellence. Her early career in healthcare strengthened her customer-first mindset, compassion, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. 

Originally from Niagara Falls, NY, Nicki later relocated to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, where she found both a welcoming community and her passion for real estate administration. Inspired by strong female leaders in the industry, she is committed to helping others. A proud military spouse and devoted mother, Nicki values faith, family, and service above all. She holds a degree in Applied Science/Business Marketing Management & Technology, along with prior professional trade certifications in healthcare and cosmetology. 

Beyond her professional achievements, Nicki carries the spirit of loyalty and resilience; proudly rooted in her hometown as a devoted Buffalo Bills fan and lifelong member of the Bills Mafia. Nicki approaches every opportunity with gratitude, dedication, and a belief that success is measured not just by results, but by the lives positively impacted along the way.
