Mitch Tinsley, a lifelong Mississippi Gulf Coast resident, brings extensive local market knowledge to HL Raymond Properties. Born and raised in Gulfport, he earned degrees from Tulane University and the University of Southern Mississippi. Since 2004, Mitch has held a Mississippi Real Estate Broker’s license and successfully operated his own brokerage for ten years.
 
With over two decades of consulting experience spanning the public, private, and academic research sectors, Mitch offers a comprehensive perspective on real estate. He has developed strong relationships with environmental consulting, engineering, architectural, and surveying firms, giving him the expertise to manage complex issues like wetlands, permitting, and site evaluations.
 
Mitch’s blend of professional experience and education benefits buyers, sellers, developers, and investors across residential and commercial markets. He lives in Pass Christian with his wife, Mary, and actively supports their three children’s activities and sports. Deeply involved in his community, Mitch especially supports the Pass Christian Public School District and enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing along Mississippi and Louisiana’s barrier islands.
