Meet Melissa Friloux

Melissa Friloux brings nearly 20 years of real estate sales experience, paired with a strong construction background as a construction company owner, to every client relationship. She guides both buyers and sellers with a clear, strategic approach focused on building and strengthening real estate portfolios. With a deep understanding of homes from the inside out, Melissa markets with purpose and leverages decades of industry knowledge to secure the best possible outcomes for her clients.

Having navigated multiple market shifts and worked across a wide range of property types and locations, Melissa is solution-oriented, calm under pressure, and fully committed to guiding each transaction from start to finish with expertise and care.

Melissa is licensed as a broker in Louisiana, where she owns her own brokerage, and serves as an associate broker in Mississippi with the HL Raymond Properties team. She works closely with clients in both states to help strengthen their financial portfolios through informed and strategic real estate decisions.

Outside of real estate, Melissa is a proud boy mom of three sons and has been married to her best friend for 17 years. She and her family share life with two beloved dogs, and sports play a major role in their daily lives. Much of her free time is spent supporting her kids’ athletic pursuits or enjoying the outdoors fishing in Bay St. Louis or the Louisiana Gulf waters.

Deeply rooted in the South, Melissa values family, connection, and community. Known as the “host everything” type, she thrives on bringing people together and finds energy in watching others succeed while embracing an adventurous, outdoor-driven lifestyle.
